I would like to express thanks for the excellent service provided during our stay in Singapore. The pick up at the cruise terminal on arrival for transfer to our hotel was great, on time, nice driver and vehicle.

This service was reciprocated on subsequent transfer from hotel to airport some days later. I would also like to make mention that I was contacted at the hotel a day prior to departure as Joey had identified that our selected departure from the hotel did not coincide with our aircraft departure time. A brief conversation with him resolved what had been my mistake.

So I've tried some car-booking apps that have been available. While an innovative alternative to the taxi, the problem was the uncertainty as to what type of vehicle would show up. I had one experience where the inside of the vehicle had an off-putting smell and wasn't the most comfortable of rides; not a risk worth taking when you've in-laws to impress or business partners to bring around.

The Ops team also allowed us to make one or two changes to the pick-up timings FOC and it was greatly appreciated by the visiting professors as their meeting timings were fluid and sometimes ended very early.

Transfers between Sing. & Ferry went smoothly and we had ample time to make ferry.
Wang were at the Airport with name signs and helped us with luggage into bus etc. Also pointed/helped us in right direction re immigration and customs at ferry terminal.
